Enchanted Challenge: Studded Stones

The Studded Stone Bracelet from Enchanted Adornments so far has been one of the easier projects.

While it is a fantastic bracelet, it’s hard for me to wear on a daily basis or at work, I work at a computer. BUT I do love big charm filled bracelets.

And while it looks chunky and heavy, because it’s made with polymer clay, it’s not heavy at all. I love the combination of crystal beads with raw stones and the medieval appeal of the studded polymer beads.

I used bicones of different sizes and cubed crystals along with raw green garnet, and the large studded polymer beads.

I chose not to polish the polymer beads because I like how the matte finish works with the bronze and copper nail heads I used. Also, it provides a great juxtaposition with the shine of the crystals.
