Before anyone gets mad at me for destroying comic books, these were already pretty mangled and in the free bin at the used bookstore.
You will need:
Mod podge
cardboard liners from tape rolls (ok I have big wrists so this works for me, if you have smaller wrists you might have to doctor the cardboard a bit first)
Paintbrush
comic book or magazine with good images to cut up
flat back rhinestones if you want some sparkle
If you want a thinner cuff, you can trim the tape roll

Cut up and collect the images you want
You will need smaller sections for the inside and the wrap over the edges
Save the good dramatic fun action images for the outside of the cuff

Start by covering the edges
remember to mod podge the paper and the carb board
thinner pieces work best over the fold and curve. You want your pieces to come into the main front and inside area.
overlap the images
Complete one edge, let it set up a bit before you start the opposite edge–you don’t want to set a glue mess down and mess up your custom comic book art jewelry

Once both edges are done, time to complete the inside.
Because of the curve, you will find smaller images work best
And then finally, the outside
