I probably didn’t make enough vine pieces for this one. I wouldn’t make them longer, ’cause you want them to be functional links, but definitely more of them. I didn’t have any resin leaves lying around, and I didn’t want to make polymer clay ones–I was being lazy. I ended up using baroque pearls and some pressed glass leaves for my bigger dangly bits.
I use metal clay vines in other designs, and sometimes they can be a bear to make. My tip for making vines is to make them first when you open a fresh pack of clay.
